Chris went above and beyond helping with the rescue of a raccoon on the 4th floor ledge of our office building. He worked closely with the building’s management company, making sure all the right protocols were in place and that everything was handled properly. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care really stood out. Even though the raccoon eventually climbed down on his own, Chris tried so hard to help and went above and beyond. Chris did a great job for us. He's really knowledgeable about the laws and the wildlife he deals with. I will 100% call him again if we have anymore coyotes causing trouble.
